1. Getting Started
1.1 What is MindLogic?
MindLogic is not an ordinary mind-mapping or flowchart tool. Its core philosophy is to seamlessly integrate logical deduction, data flow, and visual expression. In MindLogic, every line you draw and every node you create carries genuine mathematical semantics and causal attributes. It not only helps you clarify your thoughts but also "computes" optimal solutions and identifies bottlenecks.
1.2 Creating Your First Graph Document
When you open MindLogic, you'll be greeted by the welcome panel (which can also be summoned at any time from the Mac top menu bar or iOS launch screen). You can start creating your graph in the following ways:
- Blank Document: Start building your neural network from scratch without any preset restrictions.
- Choose Template: If you are solving a specific type of problem, you can select from built-in classic templates, such as:
- Current Reality Tree
- Evaporating Cloud (Conflict Resolution)
- AI Smart Wizard: Simply input the problem or conflict you are facing in natural language, and the AI will automatically perform semantic parsing to build the initial skeletal structure of your graph.
- Import External Data: If you already have an OPML outline or Markdown document, you can select "Import" from the "File" menu on Mac.
1.3 Sync & Collaboration (iCloud Drive)
MindLogic is deeply integrated with the Apple ecosystem's CloudKit / iCloud Drive capabilities:
- Seamless Transition: Files created in the "Cloud Docs" interface will automatically sync between your Mac and iOS devices in milliseconds.
- Zero Configuration: No third-party account registration is required. As long as your devices are logged into the same Apple ID and you have enabled iCloud Drive sync permissions for MindLogic in your system settings, everything happens silently in the background.
1.4 Global Settings
At the bottom of the sidebar (or at the very bottom of the iOS inspector panel), you will find the Global Settings:
- Interface Language: Choose to follow the system settings, or force switch to Chinese (zh-Hans) / English. Changes take effect immediately, and some template names and the system dictionary will update their language accordingly.
- Default Layout Preferences: You can set global defaults for new graphs, such as the Layout Orientation (left to right, top to bottom, etc.) and Layout Bias (align to start, align to end, shortest, etc.).
- Markdown Global Theme: If you frequently use Markdown nodes, you can uniformly specify the default syntax highlighting and rendering theme here.
